If you want to dive for instance Thistlegorm, then you better choose Sharm, but then again Hurghada region has great wreck diving as well with way more choice.

If it is Arab Bridge then it should work - that company is owned by the governments of Egypt, Iraq and Jordan and have the ferries available - probably using their smaller passenger only ferry "Babel", not one of the larger ships. But that company is pretty bureaucratic and disorganised so it might x6oM.
